New Lampshade

I downloaded some graphics from the Graphic Fairy

 website and attached to a wire shade adding lace and crystal pendants. Last week I did the one below. This is what happens when you need a shade and don't have the money or time to shop!!!!

I found the base at an estate sale and just loved it. Then a friend of mine brought me some lampshades that she did not need and were a little more tattered than is allowed in our shop!

Ha!

I was going through my sheet music and loved the graphics on the fronts of the books and decided to

marry the two together! Adding the pattern paper ruffle was

just the finishing touch it needed!

What have you created that comes from necessity and then you fall in love with?
